It is even impossible to contact the depot to advise the driver of alternate directions of where to leave the package outside my house securely or with a neighbour as there is no number to call. It is also impossible to speak to the depot as customer services do not have a number for their own depot. But I called UPS UK customer services attempting to alter delivery address to be told that it is impossible to alter the address until an attempt to deliver has been made tomorrow.
